Cancellation Policy
Please ensure you are available at your scheduled appointment time.
Telephone sessions are reserved specifically for each client, and preparation time is allocated prior to every appointment. Because of this, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
If you are unavailable at the time of your appointment, up to three attempts will be made to contact you using the telephone number provided at booking. If contact cannot be established, the session may be considered missed.
If exceptional circumstances arise, reasonable efforts will always be made where possible to accommodate rescheduling.
Email readings begin preparation shortly after booking and may not be refundable once work has commenced.
IMPORTANT
In keeping with the law, tarot readings, spells and other paranormal items may only be sold for entertainment purposes.
By entering this site you are agreeing to the Terms of Use and that you are over 18 years of age. You agree that you are over 18 years of age, and therefore you are an adult, and old enough to purchase any service or product on this site, and take full personal responsibility for that service or product, and any actions or outcomes that you feel may come from your purchase or experience.
REFUND POLICY
Please note that you must be 18 years or older to make a purchase. Additionally, since each product is custom-made for the client, refunds or exchanges are not permitted after your appointment time has past or after your email has been sent to you.
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel within 12 hours before your appointment time is due to start.

If your refund is accepted, this will be actioned immediately, and you will be refunded back to the source that you paid with.

Re-schedule
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go in to your account and click the re-schedule button, however if you are having trouble with this, please contact within 12 hours of your appointment start time at theorakel@yahoo.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
